Sébastien, the founder and head pizzaiolo of Seb's Pizzas in Denver, was born and raised in France, where food is a way of life. After moving to the U.S., he combined his passion for artisanal cooking with a love for wood-fired methods, launching Seb's Pizzas as a way to share that joy with the Denver community. With a background in fine dining and a deep respect for quality ingredients, Sébastien brings skill, soul, and a touch of European charm to every pie that comes out of the oven.
