meet rick and ryan

Co-owned by Texas natives Rick Sharman ("Rickshaw") and Ryan Ross ("Don Rosco"), RxR's Texas Tacos & BBQ is the result of a decades-long friendship and a shared love of great food. The two first met in college, with Ryan eventually moving to Colorado and later convincing Rick to join him. In 2022, they launched the business as a way to bring the flavors they grew up with to their new home, combining their passion for slow-smoked meats, creative tacos, and genuine Southern hospitality.
