meet Scott

Born and raised in Colorado, Scott Cychosz has always been drawn to the bold, untamed flavors of his home state. From the crackle of meats hitting the charbroiler to the vibrant colors of farm-fresh vegetables, Scott finds inspiration in the sensory soul of Colorado cooking. What started as a love for fire-kissed flavor and local produce evolved into a full-blown mission: rescue people from boring food. With Grill Rescue, he’s on a mission to bring the tastes of the Mountain West to every plate he serves.
