Fritay Haitian Cuisine is Denver’s go-to food truck for bold, authentic flavors straight from the streets of Port-au-Prince. Specializing in traditional Haitian dishes like griot (marinated and fried pork), bannann peze (fried plantains), fried snapper, and vibrant pikliz (spicy pickled slaw), the truck brings a fresh taste of the Caribbean to the Colorado food scene. With every dish cooked from scratch and packed with flavor, Fritay Haitian Cuisine delivers a soulful and satisfying culinary experience that’s as rich in culture as it is in spice.

Farah-Jane Jean Pierre is the heart and soul behind Fritay Haitian Cuisine. Born and raised in Port-au-Prince, she moved to the U.S. after the 2010 earthquake and eventually settled in Denver, where she saw a gap in the local food scene for the vibrant dishes of her homeland. A trained chef with a degree in hospitality management, Farah-Jane honed her skills in hotel kitchens before launching her own venture. She runs the truck with her husband, combining her culinary passion with his operational support to bring authentic Haitian food to the streets of Denver. For Farah-Jane, Fritay isn’t just a food truck—it’s a celebration of heritage, resilience, and the joy of sharing culture through cuisine.
