Bronson is the driving force behind Farm to Truck. A former fine dining chef turned food truck innovator, he saw an opportunity to make fresh, locally sourced food more accessible without sacrificing flavor or quality. With a deep respect for Colorado’s farmers and a commitment to sustainability. 

Bronson built Farm to Truck as a way to celebrate the region’s bounty while keeping things casual and community-focused. Whether he’s prepping meats before dawn or chatting with customers at a local event,
