Chill in a Box is a Denver food truck inspired by Mexican roots, family’s restaurant experience, and love for the food we grew up sharing. They chose Mexican cuisine to bring those traditions to our community through fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and welcoming service. Their story began with our signature gourmet chilaquiles, crispy tortilla chips paired with house-made salsas and fresh toppings, which remain a must-try dish in Denver, Colorado. Other highlights include their chef-curated tacos and Juárez-style burritos, bringing regional Mexican flavors to every bite.
