Jarrod, the man behind the smoke of Big Belly Brothers BBQ food truck in Denver, is a lifelong BBQ lover turned full-time pitmaster. What started as a backyard hobby quickly grew into a full-blown passion project, with Jarrod fine-tuning his techniques and recipes over years of trial, error, and smoky success. Known for his dedication to quality and his love of feeding people, Jarrod brings serious craft and heart to everything he serves. His mission? Simple: keep bellies full and spirits high, one plate at a time.
